Children’s Home Based Therapist: Allegan County Community Mental Health is seeking a candidate for a full time children’s therapist position. The candidate will be providing services to children with Severely Emotionally Disturbance (SED).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience working with children with SED,
• LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, LP licensure in the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide community/home-based services to infant/young children.
• Assessing and providing treatment, community outreach and participation with various county agencies
• Facilitation of the person centered planning process
• Case documentation and assessments
• Experience in evidence based practices, including Trauma Focused CBT.
