Welcome to the New CMHA Registration System

We’re excited to announce that the new CMHA website and training registration platform is now live! Our refreshed site and upgraded system make it easier than ever to explore training programs, register for events, and manage your learning journey in one convenient place.

What is CE21?

CE21 is CMHA’s secure, online training and registration platform. It powers our new website’s training system, allowing you to register for trainings, access Zoom links, and securely store your CE certificates and training history all in one place.

What’s New

Our new self-service portal allows you to:

  • Explore upcoming CMHA trainings and events
  • Register and pay online
  • Access Zoom links directly within your account
  • Receive registration confirmations and reminders
  • Securely store and access your CE certificates and training history

What to Expect During the Launch

As we roll out the new platform, you may notice a limited selection of trainings currently appearing on the 2026 calendar. This is temporary. Our team is actively adding additional trainings to the system.

Some 2026 training postings may be slightly delayed as we complete this transition. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to check back frequently for updates.

Getting Started: Create Your Account & Sign In

If you are not currently a CMHA member, you’ll need to create an account to register for trainings.

  1. Visit https://cmham.ce21.com/ 
  2. Click “Sign In” in the top right corner
  3. Enter your email
  4. Set your password and log in
  5. Don’t have an account yet? Select “Sign Up”

Once your account is created, you can immediately begin registering for trainings and events. More information on how to Sign in can be found here.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’m having trouble logging in. What can I do?
    Use the “Forgot Password” option or select “Send Email Login Link.”
  • Can I register for trainings without being a member?
    Yes! Non-members are welcome to register at non-member rates.
