Youth and Family Outpatient Therapist

We are the community Behavioral Health organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.

We are seeking a Youth and Family Outpatient Therapist to provide evidence based, trauma and recovery focused outpatient therapy to clients of Network180, ages 7 to 25 Years old.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, the work schedule Monday 8/8:30-5, Tuesday 8/8:30-5, Wednesday 8/8:30-7, Thursday 8/8:30-7, Friday 8/8:30-12. Friday hours are virtual. No holidays, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Network180 has made the safety of our employees a priority. We provide Personal Protection Equipment to our employees and thorough safety and cleaning protocols are in place. Job interviews are being conducted either virtually or in-person.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
Licensed in the State of Michigan as a licensed or limited licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist OR the ability to obtain a limited license within 30 days of hire.
Specialized training and at least one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of building language/ cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Training in and experience with providing evidence-based practices preferred.
Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals, preferred.
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
