The Service Delivery Specialist will provide direct assistance to the staff of Taylor Life Center at the Mason Corporate office. This role requires exceptional professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process discharges and case transfers by completing the required documentation and track communication with the assigned clinician.
Work with the billing department, supervisors, and/or clinicians to maintain the process for handling difficult insurance verifications and issues in HBAD.
Review service report(s) to find discrepancies with services rendered, and follow-through to correct with responsible parties. To include but not limited to Appointments Report, Service Activity Report, etc.
Review Unsigned Documents Report to determine missing billable documents and follow through to submission with responsible parties.
Manage caseload schedule for assigned case managers.
Monitor compliance with the clinician’s unit utilization/authorization according to the level of care.
Audit persons served charts by record review tool(s).
Participate in meetings as determined by your supervisor.
Actively participate in quality improvement processes:
Monitoring of annual checklist compliance.
Monitor demographic accuracy.
Validate reporting procedures including DD Proxy, CANS, DLA-20, BHTEDS, etc. Monitor unseen consumer reports and follow-up with consumers and/or clinicians to engage in services.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
18 years of age or older
Possess at minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Working telephone
Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license
Possess reliable transportation
Pass all regulatory checks
Must obtain and maintain required trainings
Ability to be a team player, including but not limited to, assisting program director, supervisor, team members, etc., with additional tasks or duties as assigned.
