QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Service discipline and three years related work experience or a two-year degree and a CADC and five years related work experience or a CADC and a CSS. Experience must include at least two years in a clinical setting where casework with clients constitutes a significant portion of the work responsibilities. Administrative experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide clinical supervision in case management of all clients and sign off as reviewer
• Act as counselor and group facilitator as appropriate
• Supervision of clinical record reviews and staff meetings
• Responsible for staff evaluation and staff development program
• Completes reports, case reviews, referrals and maintains all standards of program licensing and accreditation
• Maintain liaison with referring agencies, support services and vendors
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring of new staff
• Responsible for staff scheduling for work hours
• Participates in agency growth and consortiums
• Maintains clinical supervision records on all staff according to agency policies
• Is responsible to attend all Great Lakes Recovery Centers full staff meetings
• Be available for speaking engagements
• Adheres to the agency operational, personnel and ethical policies
• Supervises staff members
• Responsible for assessing admissions and discharge for appropriateness of treatment
• Monitors and maintain program budget and approves all program expenditures
• Responsible for contract management requirements/utilization
• Completion of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as required by all contracts
• Responsible for quality of clinical services delivered to all clients
• Responsible for the health and safety of all staff and clients within the program
• Responsible for the maintenance of building to meet all required codes/standards
• Promotes Clinical competencies and schedules staff trainings as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director
