Additional Compensation: $6,000 Bonus, 10% Premium Pay.
Mobile Crisis Response Supervisor

We are the public community behavioral health organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse disorder, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking a Mobile Crisis Response Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and expertise for Mobile Crisis Response, including supervision of assigned staff, and consultation to clinicians and providers to assure appropriate levels and amount of service. The staff in this position must have a Michigan Limited Licensure and the ability to obtain a full license within six (6) months of hire.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, four days, 10 hours shift from 12 pm to 10 pm. No weekends, no on-call. This position requires participation in a rotating holiday schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
Limited license as LLMSW, LLC, LLPC, LLMFT, LLP and able to obtain the Full Licensure within six months of hire.
At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs.
The ability to work some holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Supervision experience.
Full licensure in the State of Michigan as LMSW, LPC, LP, LMFT.
MCBAP certification.
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
