What You Will Be Doing
Working as an ACT Clinician you will work as a member of a team to provide advocacy, coordination, and monitoring to adults with a serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder. Assertive Community Treatment is an evidenced based model that has been shown to improve the lives of people dealing with serious mental illness.
Our program focuses on helping people improve their mental health by providing team-based person-centered care with a focus on recovery and community integration. You will provide culturally responsive services and will work closely with multiple public service systems, including ISK, Kalamazoo Court System, DHHS and the hospitals.
