What You Will Be Doing:

Working as a Network/Technical Support Engineer you will be working with computer users to identify and/or resolve problems both at desk-side and remotely. You will be researching issues to resolve problems where solutions are unknown and developing strategies to apply technological solutions to achieve organizational goals.

You will provide troubleshooting and resolutions for a variety of IT issues including, but not limited to: DHCP, DNS, Network connectivity, printing issues, calling issues, email issues, computer hardware and software issues, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10 and Windows Server operating systems.

You will manage users within Active Directory

You will work with end users prioritizing tickets to ensure timely outcomes for support tickets.
You will perform the installation, configuration and support of computer and network systems throughout the company.

You will update and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and troubleshooting steps.

You will provide training for individuals and groups within ISK on new and existing technologies.

What We Require
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and two years information technology experience or equivalent training and experience.
