MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan required; supervisory experience and a minimum of three (3) years nursing experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours is desirable. Must possess a current and valid Michigan Driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to nursing and psychiatric support staff and cases served within the nursing services program of TBHS; oversight of the TBHS nursing on-call system; performing a variety of administrative and managerial tasks including management of program-level budgets, serving as a liaison with internal and external healthcare providers, actively participating in human resource activities, and providing leadership to staff as it relates to performance improvement and corporate compliance; direct responsibility for oversight and daily operations of the Integrated Healthcare Clinic and the Medication Clinic; as well as other duties as assigned. Demonstrates knowledge of and actively supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices.

POSITION TYPE:
Full-time; Hourly

RATE OF PAY:
$36.25 – $42.94 per hour

$7,500.00 sign-on bonus available. (If eligible, first payment at 6 months; second payment at 12 months)
