SUMMARY OF JOB: The Crisis Mobile Clinician is responsible for providing on call emergency services and follow-up to persons in crisis in the community in conjunction with Three Rivers Police Department. An urgent response is required to deliver crisis intervention, assess the level of risk, and stabilize the crisis with supports intended to divert from out of home placement or hospitalization. In addition, Crisis Mobile Clinicians can also provide intensive support to an individual coming out of an acute setting.
