Turning Leaf is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health and residential services that make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. We are seeking a motivated and professional Company Wide Trainer to join our team and support staff development across all locations.

Position Summary
The Company Wide Trainer is responsible for delivering companywide trainings (MANDT, CPR, and First Aid), monitoring training compliance, and supporting staff and leadership to ensure that licensing, contractual, and accreditation requirements are consistently met. This position plays a vital role in employee onboarding, compliance auditing, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct MANDT, CPR, and First Aid trainings for employees across all programs.
Maintain trainer certifications and update Human Resources when renewals are required.
Collaborate with Program Managers and Administrators to ensure timely staff training during orientation and renewals.
Audit personnel files to verify compliance with training, onboarding, and documentation requirements.
Enter and track training compliance data in HR systems (Paycom and LMS platforms).
Communicate with leadership and managers regarding upcoming training deadlines and out-of-compliance files.
Support and improve company training plans to meet licensing, contractual, and accreditation standards.
Represent Turning Leaf professionally in all interactions with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, or related field; OR at least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health environment.
Clear criminal history and background check.
Valid Michigan driver’s license with fewer than 4 points.
Ability to pass a drug test and physical examination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet-based systems, and electronic record platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel to various Turning Leaf sites as needed (company vehicle provided with prior approval).
