LOCATION: Delta County (Escanaba, MI)

POSITION TITLE: Clinical Program Supervisor – MSW (Primary duties will be with Children’s Program)

STATUS/HOURS: 80 Hours Biweekly / Regular Full-TIme / Salary / Exempt

CLASSIFICATION: $62,025.60 to $86,153.60 ($29.82 to $41.42) Plus full-time benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is under the supervision of the Children’s Clinical Program Director and is responsible for providing clinical and/or administrative supervision of staff assigned within their clinical program. This position is responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing the work of clinical staff representing such disciplines as social work, nursing, and specialty services. The supervision of paraprofessional work may also be assigned as needed. This position will oversee the designated clinical services to recipients who have been determined to have a major mental illness, developmental disability, or serious emotional disturbance. These services may include assessment, coordination of recipient services, consultation and education services to other human resource providers, and providing direct and indirect assistance to recipients to help them meet their basic needs. This position may be required to provide direct clinical services and may oversee services to the non-priority population when there are state mandates. Participation in the after-hours, ES Supervisor rotation is required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Human Services field. State of Michigan Masters Social Worker License (LMSW) is required. Other licensures may be considered if Pathways is unable to recruit for a LMSW (CEO approval required). Two to five years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. One to two year of supervisor experience preferred.
