CARE of Southeastern is searching for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee CARE’s unique programming, facilities and internal operations. We are searching for a demonstrated leader to guide CARE’s culture and vision to support the community we serve. The COO will assists the Chief Executive Officer by identifying community service needs via multiple venues, i.e. business partnerships, community leaders, and associated area professionals. While provides executive oversight to the planning, organizing and implementing appropriate programs to meet needs of the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Master degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or other related and applicable degree.
7-10 years of overall professional work experience.
At least 5 years of leadership experience, including managing teams and non-profit services.
Must possess active status, with licensure or certification in accordance to professional field required by that governing body (LMSW, LPC, LLP, etc.)
