Care Manager: Northern Michigan Regional Entity (NMRE), a Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP), is seeking a Care Manager to answer inbound Access Center calls, provide screenings, and make referrals for appropriate care. Experience in substance use disorder treatment or mental health care is required. Bachelor’s degree in human services or registered nursing from an accredited college or university with corresponding state of MI licensure and/or CAADC/CADC is required. Master’s degree preferred. Full time position located in Gaylord, Michigan with a comprehensive benefits package including some hybrid work once trained. Starting salary range $68,683-$72,275, based on experience.
