As a Behavioral Technician, you will provide direct care and support to children and adolescents receiving inpatient behavioral health treatment. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help create a safe, therapeutic environment while supporting treatment goals, skill-building, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Support daily treatment programming and patient activities
Assist with personal care needs when required
Participate in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety management
Observe, document, and report patient behaviors and progress
Assist with skill development, coping strategies, and daily living activities
Support patient and family education
Complete required documentation and reports
Monitor and communicate safety concerns
Provide emotional, social, and behavioral support to patients
Assist with training and mentoring new team members

Qualifications:
Six months of post-high school education in Behavioral Sciences or a related field
CNA certification
One to two years of college coursework
Experience working with children, adolescents, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, autism, or related populations

Schedule:
Full-time (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Onsite position
Weekend and holiday availability may be required
