The Clinical Director / Program Administrator is responsible for the oversight and leadership of all case managers and clinical team members, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation, treatment planning, and state/licensing regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with proven leadership and administrative skills. An active RN license is highly preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the clinical department, including case managers, and clinical team.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of clinical charts, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Oversee program compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with the DRO/DO and leadership team to align clinical services with organizational goals.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical team members.
Review, audit, and ensure accuracy of records to maintain compliance and quality standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Handle escalated clinical concerns and provide guidance on complex client cases.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field (required).
Active RN license in Michigan (preferred, but not required).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting, including supervisory experience.
In-depth knowledge of behavioral health regulations, charting requirements, and compliance standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
