Access Services Clinician needed to join our team in Paw Paw, MI. This clinician will provide intake, psychosocial assessment, and crisis response services for customers in need of or requesting agency services. Link, coordinate, and monitor intake, assessment, and crisis services within and between affected programs, community agencies, foster care homes, or skilled nursing facilities. Develop initial service plans and present treatment recommendations to the team.
