ON SALE!! RECIPIENT RIGHTS BOOKLETS

The Mental Health Code states that CMHSPs are required to distribute “Your Rights When Receiving Mental Health Services in Michigan” booklet to each recipient receiving services. (Revised 03/2025)

Prices for Booklets: .65¢ (Does not include Shipping)

100 books – $80.00 includes shipping

200 books – $150.00 includes shipping

500 books – $380.00 includes shipping

1000 books – $750.00 includes shipping

 

Payment: Check payment is no longer accepted. Electronic payment is required at time of purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS. Books generally arrive within 10 business days of order date. Custom booklet shipments may take up to 30 days to arrive. We ask for your patience as our manufacturer acquires all materials. We foresee beginning to ship booklets again in late April.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Sale Purchases: In order to obtain the lowest costs possible, The Community Mental Health Association of Michigan offers an annual sale printing price to all organizations. Orders must be received during the specified window below to qualify for the discount. 

Personalization: An option to personalize the back cover of the Rights booklet is available only during our annual sale purchase window.  There is an additional charge of $150 per order. The personalization area is: 4″ wide x 2″ tall; 1 color.  You must submit camera ready artwork via email in one of the following formats: Word, Publisher, Illustrator, Pagemaker or PDF to apiesz@cmham.org.

Sale & Personalization Deadline: Orders with personalized back covers will be available until April 30, 2025. Any personalization order requests made after April 30, 2025 will not be accepted. All generic 2025 Recipient Rights booklets will remain available for purchase on our website throughout the year. The cost per booklet if ordered on or before April 30, 2025 is 65¢ (plus shipping). All orders placed after April 30, 2025 will be charged 80¢ per booklet (plus shipping).

Staple-less: There is also an option to order staple-less booklets at no additional cost.

Spanish, Arabic and Podcast:  The Rights Booklet is available to download in Spanish, Arabic and via Podcast by Clicking Here. CMHA only prints copies in English. The 2023 edition has been translated into Arabic and Spanish versions and is now available for download on the MDHHS website.
