POSITION SUMMARY
Provides phone and face-to-face triage, crisis intervention, brief therapeutic interventions, and initial assessments to consumers requesting services. Develops interim treatment plan for consumers accessing services. Provides consultation to internal and external consumers. Conducts hospitalization pre-screens at various community sites.

EDUCATION
Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.

EXPERIENCE
Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness. Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently

LICENSURE
Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC or LPC and must become fully licensed within 30 months of date of hire. Must have reliable means of transportation for home visits and maintain safe driving permit.
