The Supervisor of Applied Behavioral Science is responsible for supervising and directing the operations of the Shiawassee Health & Wellness ABA Clinic and oversite of the following tasks completed within the evidenced based practice of ABA services: behavioral assessment, plan development, family and staff training, monitoring and data analysis. The Supervisor of Applied Behavioral Science will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and across programs with other supervisors. The Supervisor of Applied Behavioral Science may also provide supervision and direction, family training, and train behavioral technicians when necessary to meet the program needs. The Supervisor of Applied Behavioral Science reports directly to the Clinical Director or as designated by the Chief Executive Officer.
