We are seeking a talented Recruiter who is highly skilled in sourcing and is especially passionate about our purpose. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring consistent and inclusive recruitment and hiring practices, as well as actively promoting employee growth and development throughout the agency. Proactive and creative sourcing and building diverse talent pipelines are ongoing deliverables.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting
