Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Therapist needed to join our team in Paw Paw, MI. This therapist will provide multi-systemic therapy (MST) services to juvenile offenders with anti-social, problem sexual behavior (PSB), and/or substance use who are at high risk of out-of-home placement. Services are provided to both the child and the family. Duties include: Performing assessments and developing person-centered plans; engaging the primary caregiver & key participants in active change-oriented treatment; using MST analytic process of problem conceptualization, treatment planning, outcome reviews and strategy revision; and providing crisis intervention services. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a human services field with state licensure. At least 1 year of experience providing treatment to children/adolescents with serious mental illness and/or antisocial behaviors required.
