Description: Under the supervision of the Agency Director and the Livingston County Human Services Collaborative Body (HSCB), manages the day to day operations of the HSCB. This position provides overall facilitation and staffing for HSCB operations.
Duties: Staffs HSCB activities including assigned workgroups/committees, developing materials for reports/action plans/correspondence, and gathering data and assisting with development of funding proposals and interagency contracts/agreements. Serves as Homeless Continuum of Care Coordinator and is primary writer of MSHDA and HUD Exhibit I documents. Provides oversight and coordination of local and state grants. Represents the HSCB at local and state activities and acts as liaison with community groups. Provides training and technical assistance for HSCB and its workgroups to include assisting with development and presentation of local training, providing technical assistance on collaborative development and implementation of new services/initiatives, and providing consultation/technical assistance for strategic planning and other group process issues. Manages, as assigned, public relations associated with HSCB activities, including development of an annual report. Meets regularly with Chair and Executive Committee of HSCB to discuss status of activities, joint collaborative projects and future needs. Assists with and facilitates HSCB strategic planning processes and develops/manages implementation of strategic plan with HSCB. Oversees the HUD grant for the CMH consumers. This includes writing the grant, communication and information gathering with tenants, entering data into HMIS, billing and reporting.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Administration, Planning, Community Development, Public Health, Nursing, or other related field or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Administration, Planning, Community Development, Public Health, Nursing, or other related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years full-time experience in government, for profit or nonprofit organization delivering human service/health care, education, or other public services. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in community development work, public relations, program development and evaluation, project and data collection and management, strategic planning and group facilitation desired.
