Position available to support the person/family-centered planning team to assist in the coordination and provision of service for children who have a severe emotional disturbance (SED). Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, advocacy, etc. This position is located in Standish.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work with current Michigan social work licensure. Experience working with children who have a severe emotional disturbance is preferred. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, proof of insurance and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.
Salary range of $40,902 or higher, based on level of credential and experience. Exceptional fringes including employer-sponsored training, pension, and insurance.
