The Mental Health Clinician is assigned to work within a specific specialty population, i.e. adults with Severe Mental Illness (SMI), children and youth with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED) or adult or children clients with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), and individuals who have Substance Use Disorders and/or a serious mental illness with co-occurring substance disorder.

· Must be a Master Level Clinician in the field of Social Work, Counseling, Child and Family Therapies or other related field of practice applicable to the treatment of Behavioral health and SUD, and a combination of education and experience which results in the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential job functions

· Full licensure by the State of Michigan within the profession is preferred, Limited Licensure considered
