GENERAL SUMMARY OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER POSITION:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is an executive position under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) which is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all financial planning and accounting practices as well as financial relationships with funders and contracted providers for NLCMHA.

The CFO ensures that the financial systems are carried out in a manner consistent with federal and state statutes, regulations, bylaws, operating agreements and contracts. The CFO ensures the accuracy, integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of the NLCMHA financial systems including at a minimum the development and monitoring of all revenue and expenditure budgets necessary for the operation of all services programs.
