Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System
Summary:
Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System (NBHS) seeks a passionate and strategic leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will be responsible for leading our organization in delivering high-quality, compassionate mental health services to the communities of Dickinson, Iron, and Menominee Counties. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families struggling with mental health challenges.
Impact and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic vision that ensures the long-term sustainability and growth of NBHS.
Provide strong leadership and direction to senior management team.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of clinical and fiscal operations.
Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Advocate for mental health services at the community and state levels.
Champion a trauma-informed culture of safety and recovery-based practices.
Requirements
Education, Certifications, and/or Experience
In accordance with Michigan Mental Health Code Administrative Rules R330.2081.
Master’s degree, m Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Psychology, Nursing Administration, or other field of management related to the administration of a county community mental health program.
Five years of experience in a senior leadership role within a mental health, human services, or healthcare organization.
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to serving the needs of diverse communities.
Must be eligible to obtain any required licenses for the state of Michigan.
Valid driver’s license.
