Crisis Center Manager

Network180 employees make a difference in people’s lives every day, making our community a better place to live. We are the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.

Network 180’s Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a 24/7 facility that serves adults 18 years and older and includes a walk-in Brief Intervention Clinic and a secure Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The setting provides assessment and unscheduled clinical services designed to prevent or resolve mental health or substance-related crises. The Crisis Center aims to provide these services to individuals whose crisis will typically resolve within a few hours, however, may require up to seventy-two (72) hours of treatment; and where services can be voluntary or involuntary.

The CSU fills a key gap in the Kent County Crisis Continuum of Care and will provide more efficient, effective, equitable crisis behavioral health care in a setting designed and staffed to provide this type of treatment.

The CSU also aims to divert individuals from jail, emergency departments, and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings to an appropriate least restrictive treatment setting whenever it can be achieved safely and successfully.

We are seeking a Crisis Center Manager. This role is the clinical lead and shift supervisor for the team. The shift supervisor manages the services provided and workflow through direct clinician interventions, delegation, and coordination of staff roles. This position will ensure quality care for all people seeking assistance, excellent customer service, and appropriateness of staff interactions with people served. The shift supervisor will manage all operations of the team on shift. Additionally, this position will ensure collaboration and coordination with community providers and reinforce a team culture that is positive, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the people served and the community.

Network180 has made the safety of our employees a priority. We provide Personal Protection Equipment to our employees and thorough safety and cleaning protocols are in place. Job Interviews are being conducted either via the internet or in person.
