ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Provide support for the area of Quality Management
• Provide support for the Habilitation Supports Waiver (HSW), Children’s Waiver Program (CWP), Waiver for Children with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SEDW), Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Demonstration, and 1915(i) State Plan Home and Community Based Services Benefit
• Provide support for the Michigan Mission-Based Performance Indicator System (MMBPIS)
• Monitor submission of information by providers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (AN EMPLOYEE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING CREDENTIALS, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE)
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience in the area of Quality Management
• Ability to provide, exchange and explain information of a technical or otherwise complex nature
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Post-secondary education
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Community Mental Health, Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan, or Medicaid Health Plan entities
