The ACT Team Leader leads the team in providing ACT services to individuals with chronic mental illness who require intensive outpatient treatment. This individual gives clinical guidance, direction, and support to their team and to the consumers of the Impact program.

The Team Leader is responsible for administering the ACT Impact outpatient treatment program following policies and procedures, Medicaid, and CARF standards. Considerable independent judgment is used in carrying out the duties.

A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or Counselling is required.
