MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Full Michigan licensure as a Master’s Social Worker or Licensed Professional
Counselor required. Minimum of two years post-degree clinical work with adults
who have a serious mental illness required. Substance use certification (CAADC)
or eligibility for certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and automobile
insurance are required.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as a member of a mobile multi-disciplinary treatment team providing
intensive clinical, medical and psychosocial services including case/care
management, psychiatric services, counseling/psychotherapy, housing support,
substance use disorders treatment, and employment and rehabilitative services in
community settings. Assists the program supervisor with daily clinical supervision
of the ACT team. Coordinates and facilitates daily team meetings. Position
requires travel and after hours on-call availability. Demonstrates knowledge of
and actively supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices.
POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Hourly
RATE OF PAY: $31.14 – $37.83 per hour
$5,000.00 sign-on bonus available (If eligible, first payment at 6 months;
second payment at 12 months)
