As a member of the Assertive Community Team (ACT) provides services and supports to adults who are diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, which may include co-occurring serious mental illness with a developmental disability and/or a serious mental illness with co-occurring substance disorder.

Qualifications, Skills, and Conditions –

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field required.

• LBSW with Michigan licensure or QMHP required.

Experience: A minimum of one year of progressively more responsible or expansive experience with adults with serious mental illness and/or developmental disabilities is required. Lived experiences with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders valued.
