MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Full or limited Michigan licensure (LMSW or LLMSW) as a Master’s social worker
preferred; consideration will be given to LPC and LBSW candidates. CAADC
preferred. Minimum of one year experience in providing services to adults with a
mental illness. Strong collaboration / coordination / advocacy skills desirable.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as part of team providing a therapeutic set of intensive clinical, medical,
and psychosocial services that includes case management, psychiatric services,
counseling/psychotherapy, housing support, substance use disorder treatment,
and employment and rehabilitative services in community settings. These
services and supports are designed to promote growth in recovery. IDDT/DBT
knowledge/training is desirable. Position requires travel (agency vehicle available)
and periodic after hours on-call availability. Demonstrates knowledge of and
actively supports culturally competent, recovery based practices.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time, Hourly

RATE OF PAY:
$28.42 – $36.44 per hour – based on Master’s Level licensure status (limited vs.
full licensure)
$25.24 – $29.95 per hour – based on Bachelor’s Level licensure status

$5,000.00 sign-on bonus available (Master’s Level).
$2,000.00 sign-on bonus available (Bachelor’s Level)
