This podcast was conducted at the our CMHA Annual Winter Conference February 5-7, 2024 held at the Radisson Hotel in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Nathaniel Weiss is the Founder and CEO of VelloHealth. VelloHealth’s mission is to improve the lives of people with serious behavioral health conditions. VelloHealth empowers community care teams to improve outcomes and quality of life for vulnerable patient populations. The VelloHealth Platform is used as a mobile application while out in the field for visits and medication deliveries and as a web application for administration and reviewing analytics.

Nathaniel has been a serial healthcare entrepreneur for over 20 years. His career has been guided by a belief that – in both physical and behavioral health – care teams are the building block for timely quality care. His last company, LiveProcess, was one of the leaders in collaboration software for hospital care teams. LiveProcess is a trusted partner to over five hundred US hospitals including the US Department of Veterans Affairs, HCA, Tenet, and Shands Healthcare.
