Description: Under the supervision of a Mental Health Program Director, will provide leadership for the MI-C Home-Based Services program providing mental health services to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and their families. Will provide clinical supervision of individual, family and group therapy and case management services, authorize and monitor treatment, oversee program activities and provide direct service.
Duties: Full-time position as direct supervisor for five therapist/case manager positions and additional MHA (respite) positions. Provides clinical and administrative supervision. Works with supervisory team to assign cases. Approves and authorizes initial plans of service and ongoing service delivery. Assists program director in hiring. Promotes and supports staff implementation of evidence-based practices. Oversees all program activities and monitors for positive outcomes. Provides a degree of direct service determined by program director.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work with Michigan LMSW, Master’s Degree in Counseling with Michigan LPC or Master’s Degree in Psychology with Michigan LLP. Valid MI driver’s license required.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years as a mental health worker/clinician/therapist providing clinical services and psychotherapy. Effective teaming and collaboration skills required. Ability to effectively represent agency in the community required. Evening hours required. Supervisory experience preferred.
