Outpatient Therapist needed to join our team in South Haven, MI.
This clinician will:
Provide outpatient psychotherapy.
Provide psychosocial assessment and crisis response services for individuals seeking services.
Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered plans.
Provide crisis services, including counseling, linking, coordinating or referrals to hospitals, police departments, jails and other community agencies.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling with state licensure. LMSW preferred.
Experience in therapy or counseling.
Demonstrated diagnostic and case reporting skills and ability to respond to crisis situations in a positive manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to be punctual, manage time and crisis situations flexibly & effectively, and demonstrate good judgment.
Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Record system.
Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week). Salary range is $42,531-$55,020 per year plus an excellent benefit package including a rich health/dental/vision plan, deferred compensation retirement plan with employer matching, 10 paid holidays, and generous paid time off. Join our team!
