About the Opportunity
Pine Rest is seeking Child & Adolescent Clinical Therapists to join our growing outpatient team. Opportunities are available at all Pine Rest outpatient clinic locations, providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
In addition to child and adolescent services, Pine Rest offers opportunities across the organization serving a variety of patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and substance use populations.
We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) opportunities based on clinic and community needs.
What You’ll Do

Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
Provide individual, family, and group therapy
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, families, and community resources
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Advocate for patients and connect families with appropriate resources
Provide culturally responsive, person-centered care

Qualifications
Required:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
Current Michigan licensure or limited licensure in one of the following:

Social Work (LLMSW/LMSW)
Professional Counseling (LLPC/LPC)
Psychology (Limited License Psychologist or Licensed Psychologist)

Ability to obtain and maintain certifications appropriate to treatment provided
Experience and training working with children and adolescents

Preferred:

1–2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
Training in evidence-based treatment modalities
