Additional Compensation: $100/day when scheduled for On-call rotation
HelpDesk/System Support Technician

We are the public community behavioral health organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse disorder, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking a HelpDesk/System Support Technician to support the Information Systems department by providing first-line problem resolution for network180 system users, supporting in PC deployments, system monitoring and upgrades, any network-related issues and upgrades. This is a full-time position, regularly scheduled Monday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm, with on-call rotation.
Network180 has made the safety of our employees a priority. We provide Personal Protection Equipment to our employees and thorough safety and cleaning protocols are in place. Job interviews are being conducted either virtually or in-person.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs preferred
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to network180 services within diverse communities preferred
