MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Full or limited Michigan licensure (LMSW or LLMSW) as a Master’s Social Worker preferred; consideration will be given to LPC candidates. Must have experience providing crisis intervention services. Must have at least one year of clinical experience in assessing or working with adults with serious mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsibilities include: providing emergency on-call services, phone consultation, completing preadmission screenings and follow-up work for hospitalizations. Demonstrates knowledge of and actively supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices.
POSITION TYPE: Schedule is flexible in terms of hours (i.e. full time, part time or contractual); Hours are from 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.

RANGE OF PAY:

$5,000.00 sign-on bonus available for full time or part time employment – prorated based on hours worked. (If eligible, first payment at 6 months; second payment at 12 months)
