About the Opportunity
Pine Rest is seeking compassionate and skilled Clinical Social Workers (LLMSW/LMSW) to join our behavioral health teams across the organization. Opportunities are available working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and substance use populations in a variety of settings, including:

Outpatient Services
Inpatient Psychiatry
Residential Programs
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Specialty Behavioral Health Programs

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) opportunities depending on location and program needs.
What You’ll Do

Conduct psychosocial assessments and identify treatment and discharge needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and family therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and patient engagement
Coordinate care with families, referral sources, insurance providers, and community resources
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
Advocate for patients and connect them with appropriate support services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Required:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Current Michigan LLMSW or LMSW License
Minimum of one year of mental health experience
Ability to independently assess, develop, and evaluate treatment plans

For Substance Use Disorder Programs:

Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Sciences or related field
Two years of post-graduate experience in substance use disorder treatment required
Additional mental health experience preferred
