Clinical Manager

We are the community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.

We are seeking a Clinical Manager who will be Responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of substance abuse services provided by Network180 in Corewell Health’s Addictions Medicine Clinic at 75 Sheldon, and management of Network180’s Recovery Management team. Directly supervises therapists and recovery coach, overseeing the delivery of services and monitoring of outcomes for Corewell Health’s Addictions Medicine Clinic at 75 Sheldon and Recovery Management.

This position is Monday to Friday. A flexible hybrid working arrangement may be available for this position. The employee may perform work from a home office or work site during regular business hours.

Total Annual Estimated Rewards and Compensation of $106,000.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Social Work and Fully Licensed by the State of Michigan as a LMSW
Direct and clinical supervision experience
Three years of experience with co-occurring disorders
CAADC credential or development plan to obtain; CAADC credential must be obtained within three years of hire
Experience in evidence-based practices of care, including motivational interviewing, CBT and/or DBT
Annual Flu Vaccine or Medical Exemption
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
Ability to interact positively with individuals from widely diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and differing abilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional periodicals and journals, technical procedures and government regulations
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Basic computer skills
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

PREFERRED:

Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
