As a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, the employee is expected to provide support and coordination to the Clinical Director, and Clinical Leadership Team, and other teams, and clients as assigned by the supervisor. The employee will work in a collaborative effort and support the clinical services team assisting program specific projects and changes to improve services and care to persons with Severe Emotional Disabilities, Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, Co-occurring Illnesses, and Intellectual Disabilities.

As a member of the CWN team staff will provide support throughout the agency, develop leadership skills, complete their tasks with efficiency and effectiveness and accept that all practices adhere to a recovery-based practice, providing the supports and guidance to empower, and promote recovery in clients and peers. Provides high-level administrative support to the Clinical Director and other team members by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Must possess organizational and planning skills, communication skills, information gathering and information monitoring skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills, judgment and decision-making ability, initiative, confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, and customer relations skills to effectively interact with staff, board members, vendors, and customers. Additionally, the employee must work effectively in a team-based environment. The employee will complete other tasks as needed in various programs as assigned by supervisor.
