Schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Flexible scheduling options
Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
Opportunities ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one behavioral support using ABA principles
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of ABA professionals
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
Build positive relationships with individuals served and their families
Track and document progress toward treatment goals
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
Use evidence-based behavior intervention and reinforcement strategies
Qualifications
Preferred
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) Certification
Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental or behavioral health needs
Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ABA principles

Education & Experience
Experience in childcare, education, behavioral health, recreation, human services, or related fields preferred
Coursework in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or related disciplines is a plus
