Make a Difference in Behavioral Health

Join Pine Rest’s Assessment & Referral team and help connect individuals in crisis to the care they need. In this role, you’ll provide triage, assessments, referrals, and admission coordination for patients seeking behavioral health services.

Opportunities Available:
Full-time and part-time positions
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
Opportunities serving children, adolescents, adults, and specialty behavioral health populations

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct crisis assessments in person and by phone
Determine appropriate levels of care and treatment recommendations
Coordinate admissions, intakes, and referrals
Collaborate with community agencies, providers, and insurance companies
Connect patients to outpatient and community resources
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Support patients and families during behavioral health crises

Qualifications:

Required:
Current Michigan license as:
LMSW
LLMSW
LLP
Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and communication skills
Ability to provide culturally responsive care

Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health, crisis services, intake, assessment, or referral coordination
