Additional Compensation: $100 When scheduled On-Call for a 24hr period

We are the behavioral health organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We are seeking a Therapist to be responsible for Person-Centered Planning to develop an Individual Plan of Service. Provide on-going linking, coordinating, and monitoring of services within the standards of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) evidence-based model. Provide evidence based, trauma and recovery focused therapy to clients of Network180’s ACT team.
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with rotating on call shifts.

Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology
Certification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, or psychologist OR the ability to obtain a limited license within 3 months of hire
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use including transporting of individuals served
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities
Fully licensed MSW preferred
One-year full-time experience working with persons with mental illness
CAADC certification through MCBAP or be able to obtain a development plan for the credential
Training in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred
Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
