CMHA Annual Fall Hybrid Conference October 24-26, 2021 Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, Traverse City, MI There will be NO PHONE RESERVATIONS. When making your reservations, you will be charged one-night deposit. 2021 Room Rates: Rates below do not include 6% state tax, 5% city assessment, or $14.95 nightly resort fee

In Grand Traverse County the Community Transmission is HIGH. Per CDC recommendations, everyone in Grand Traverse County, Michigan should wear a mask in public, indoor settings. Please bring your own mask with you to the conference. During this uncharted time, we ask for respect and professional courtesy. Everyone has different comfort levels and we appreciate that you honor everyone’s personal space and interaction preferences. CMHA will be following all current guidelines from MDHHS, CDC and Safe Meetings in Michigan. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will continue to update our conference status as mandated by local, state, and federal government agencies. While they are dealing with COVID-19 they have stepped up their already high cleaning standards to better protect their guests and staff. Additional cleaning measures include:
Health Screening Waiver: All conference attendees, presenters and exhibitors will be required to agree to a health liability waiver during the registration process. You will be asked to self-monitor and quarantine if you begin feeling symptoms not related to other conditions. If you begin feeling symptoms at any point prior to or during the conference, please stay in your room and notify CMHA immediately. You must sign a waiver agreeing to all safety requirements put in place by both CMHA and the Grand Traverse Resort. If you are not able to comply with the requirements, we respectfully ask you to join virtually. Stay Home When Appropriate You should stay home rather than attend the CMHA Hybrid Fall Annual Conference in-person if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19. Please notify apiesz@cmham.org if you cannot attend the conference in-person due to COVID-19. CMHA will update your registration to allow virtual participation and refund the fee difference. |

| Who Should Attend |
The fall conference attracts more than 600 attendees. We bring together board members, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, medical directors, clinical directors, case workers, supports coordinators, and children’s supervisors from Michigan CMHSPs and Provider Agencies. We also have strong attendance from others within the public mental health and substance use disorder systems. |

| Cancellation Policy |
Substitutions are permitted at any time. No-shows will be billed at the full training rate. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference for a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. If cancellation is received less than 10 business days prior to the training, no refund will be given. Please notify apiesz@cmham.org if you cannot attend the conference in-person due to COVID-19. CMHA will update your registration to allow virtual participation and refund the difference. |
